RETURNS

Items that is returned unstamped or by COD, will be denied reciept. When returning items, we encourage costumers to use PostNord – and not alternative couriers. As it will make it possible to track the package if it is lost during the return. The returned items should be securely packaged – alongside a copy of your invoice, also please make it obvious that you want to make use of your cancellation right and wishes to have your payment recovered. We recommend that you return your items as a careful package using PostNord.

You can also cancel your purchase, by refusing to receive the package at the time of delivery.
This return policy only applies to items sold online (to private persons) –and therefore does not apply to items sold in-store or to businesses.
Colo Clothing repays the full amount, when the returned items are received in unused and undamaged condition.
